We came across Reliance Capital looking at Perth private lenders.

Hi Tony, Steven, Kelly and Jonathon — I’m Struan Nel, and with Ettienne Nel (qualified software engineer, 12 years’ experience) I build websites for Perth businesses. We were searching private lending in Perth and your name kept coming up: since 1976, first mortgage only, a family you deal with directly. That story is strong. The website doesn’t tell it yet, so we built you a working mock to show what it could look like.

A great business, behind a slow first screen.

When we loaded the homepage, the first screen showed a slider spinner while a video loaded. Under it sits strong content — it just needs room to work.

Heavy slider heroA video slider plugin loads before your message. We lead with words and motion that load instantly.

No “what we fund” pageLand, subdivisions, residual stock, construction and completed property sit in one paragraph. Each deserves its own section — and its own Google result.

No broker pathYou ask people to contact their broker, but brokers have nowhere to send a scenario. We add one.

Team shown twice, no biosThe team block repeats. One clean section with short bios builds more trust.

No enquiry formPhone and email only. A short form catches deals after hours and lands in your inbox.

Leftover blog pagesEmpty “Archives” and “Categories” blocks from the theme. We remove them and tidy SEO.
